Good solid week of training behind me. I am definitely looking forward to a pair of long recovery rides this weekend.
This weeks rides included 20 hard miles in zone 4 today, with 10 miles on the cobblestones around Philly. Yesterday I ran 6 miles, doing intervals every quarter mile or so. Wed. I time trialled to Oaks on the bike path and back. 80 km in 2 hrs! Tuesday I rode the hills of dirty dozen as hard as I could, and Monday I rode 20 miles and ran some intervals. Good week overall!
